Wild Arms 3 Part 11: Schröedinger’s Gat

This is being posted on Gogglebob.com on July 4, Courage Day. Once there was a boy who mustered up the courage to shoplift a toy called Deluxe Justine. He proudly placed it on his shelf like a trophy. The next morning, the boy was utterly surprised to see Justine standing by his pillow. By the third day, the toy even grew out hair. So the boy decided to repent. He found the courage to return the toy to the shopkeeper. Remember kids. Shoplifting is stealing.

Previously on Wild Arms 3: Virginia made a new friend! Or enemy!

Yep, definitely looks like the second one.

Okay, enough pouting, we are going to go raid this tomb, and no meddling blonde can stop us.

We have to scoot all the way around the perimeter of the dungeon again to get back to that door we opened. This is good. It gives Virginia time to cool off.

Here we are. Moving on…

Wild Arms 2 Part 38: The Final Fate of Filgaia: Liz & Ard & The Pyramids of Nightmares

Previously on Wild Arms 2: Irving is an asshole. But we already knew that. Huh. Guess nothing happened. And that’s just fine! Because now it’s time for…

Wild Arms 2’s Last Remaining Sidequests

At this point, ARMS can descend to the center of Filgaia (or something), and call this whole game’s worth of missions a success. But why do that when we can…

Visit Damzen City for absolutely no reason.

Stick hidden character Marivel in the lead, and Luka, a random NPC that you would never think to revisit in a million years, will spout some unique dialogue.

Marivel is key, obviously.

Apparently Luka was referring to Marivel’s floating weapons that don’t actually appear outside of battle, that literally no one else in the game has ever directly referred to (there were a few books, though).

I feel bad for the localizers that poured minutes of their lives into this exchange’s translation.

Here we go! Not counting the final dungeon, these are directions to the last “undiscovered” dungeon in the game…

Wild Arms 2 Part 22: The Final Battle! Liz and Ard and Some Other Guy Return!

Previously on Wild Arms 2: Kanon finally decided to stop trying to kill Ashley, and joined ARMS with the express purpose of eventually killing Ashley. But he’s cool with it! See? He can accept Kanon for who she is.

And now we’re investigating The Coffin of 100 Eyes, which is supposed to be a power source for Odessa’s latest scheme, but Ashley ain’t buyin’ it.

Uh-oh, looks like someone hasn’t been monitoring Lilka’s sugar intake.

I choose to believe Lilka’s previous outburst echoed down giant, empty halls for like an hour.

“One of their little traps.” Yes, Kanon, like one of those traps you used on the rest of ARMS. Twice. At least once yesterday.

“Meh, a dungeon is a dungeon. Let’s go for it…

Wild Arms 2 Part 17: Past, Present, and Lizards

Previously on Wild Arms 2: ARMS was bogged down by their colossal inventory, got lost in the snow, and was never seen again. But in another, more narratively tight dimension, ARMS made it to Sielje, and got to embarrass Lilka for a solid day or so. Now we’re off to chase Odessa and the stolen (reclaimed?) data tablets.

Our first stop today is the Gate Bridge. It’s a bridge. Pretty exciting stuff. Should be a quick walk over to where we’re going, nothing to…

Oh, screen is shaking for the ten billionth time.

That’s a really weird way to phrase… anything. That reminds me of…

Our old friends Liz and Ard! They’re back! And exploding stuff!

And whatever Ard said!

Teen Lizard Squad is go!
