Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 4 continues with the United Kingdom, industrial waste, a zoo, and some skateboarding between buildings. An innovation of Tony’s Hawk Pro Skater 4 is the introduction of “Pro Goals” that act to simulate real-life accomplishments of the various featured celebrities. So you better believe fanboymaster is going to steer our skaters through those challenges! Or at least some of ‘em! Look for more next week!
Let’s Play Tony Hawk’s Games
Night 7
Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 4
Playstation 2, 2002
Part 2
April 15, 2025
Random Notes:
- Sometimes a stream is just three people with fanboymaster, Chromes, and me. Let’s figure out my Sonicsona!
- Is Chromes too young to have ever experienced a 1-900 number? Find out now!
- Trynant joins as we examine the lost ability to text with only 10 phone buttons.
- “Don’t worry about Plok. He is something that will never come back.”
- “The days of high adventure” was back when all fanfic was just Conan the Barbarian fanfic.
Hey, we are talking about Lunar: Silver Star Story and Lunar: Eternal Blue. Guess what game series will be the next marathon.- London is an unpleasant gray… which is vaguely appropriate.
- Jump buttons should be mandatory in videogames. This is why I sorta enjoyed Elden Ring.
- Caithness sneaks in there during Gitaroo-Man talk.
- Who could skate better? Rainbow Dash or Goofy?
- We have seen a number of the stages, so let’s look at the Pro Goals of the various skaters. Tony Hawk is gonna mind the gap while we talk about Star Fox.
- “Wait, why is that on fire? No, Tony!”
- Caliscrub also slips in at some point. We’re at the zoo now, talkin’ ‘bout koalas.
- How many MP3s do you still have from the turn of the century?
- “Rodney Mullen: real man, inventor of the kick flip.”
- And having completed Rodney’s trick remembering showcase, we take a break to visit all those broken skaters in the hospital.
Next Week on the Hawkathon: TITO!
